Carolyn Wynn, Dallas DSA Program Coordinator: Carolyn’s favorite part of the job is working alongside great people and interacting with the individuals we support — teaching new skills and helping create new experiences.
She is motivated by learning, connection, and shared discovery. Carolyn especially looks forward to the joy and happiness she sees on the faces of the individuals we serve.
Blair Goldstein, Executive Director: As the captain of the ship, Blair brings steady leadership, empowerment, guidance, and experience to steer the agency safely forward — away from obstacles and toward opportunity and growth.
His vision is to expand B2 while continuing to provide exceptional supports to everyone who lives in B2 homes, or attends B2 Day Supports, while also fostering a positive and rewarding workplace for employees. Blair envisions B2 standing above the rest through education, training, kindness, high-quality supports, and thoughtful, mindful expansion.

John White, Dallas DSA Program Manager: My favorite part of my job is every day is different. Fun Fact: I do 3D animation.
Korina Kafton, Director of Administrative Services: Korina is passionate about the mission of B2 and the belief that anything is possible for the individuals we support. She values the way B2 goes beyond daily tasks to create opportunities, open doors, and foster freedom and independence for people to live the lives they choose.
Korina shares with all staff:

Suzi Wilson, Mistletoe Assistant House Manager:
Her favorite part of the job is working closely with the individuals we support and the staff who support them — building relationships, encouraging growth, and fostering a positive, connected environment.
Suzi looks forward to seeing the individuals we serve reach meaningful milestones and accomplishments, and to witnessing the pride and intrinsic value they experience in their achievements.
Renee Webster, Newberg DSA Program Manager: Renee loves working at B2 because it allows her to build genuine connections and support individuals in reaching their goals and living meaningful, self-directed lives. Her work is grounded in person-centered values and empowerment.
Renee looks forward to being part of a team that shares her commitment to compassion, respect, and empowerment in the same way she does.
Daniel Ford, Highway Assistant House Manager: Daniel’s favorite part of the job is coming to work and seeing the individuals we support smiling each day. He is motivated by connection, positivity, and creating meaningful experiences for the people in our homes.
Daniel especially looks forward to activities that bring together all of B2 Residential and DSA, strengthening community and shared experiences across programs.
Baylee Goldstein, Creative Director: Baylee ensures that everyone feels included and that the individuals we support never miss out on holidays, community events, or moments of kindness.
She shares this message with all newcomers:

Sarah Smalling, Employment Division Manager: What I love most about my job is seeing the individuals that we serve increase in their confidence, grow in their work skills, achieve their goals, and be as independent as possible. Fun fact: I am in a bowling league!
Judith Riley, Director of Residential Services, OIS Instructor, Behavior Professional: Judith is deeply devoted to person-centered care and high-quality staff training. With 28 years of experience in residential services, she is committed to ensuring every staff member’s “tool belt” is full — because she knows excellent care is only possible through confident, well-supported teams.
She would like all newcomers to know: “The heart of this job is devotion, the strength is transparency, and the success is teamwork. None of us can do it alone — it takes the whole team, fully committed and showing up every day.”
